We want to help you with relationship problems, stress, anxiety, depression, parenting problems, ADHD, addictive behaviors and many other disorders. LYDIA’s doctoral and masters level counselors can help you examine the problems and chart a path toward solving them.
Your feelings or behavior may hard to figure out or handle alone. Beginning with a thorough assessment of your problem, family background, social network and spiritual resources, a counselor can help you identify the reasons, set goals for attacking the problem and help you achieve your goals.
LYDIA’s counselors have training and experience in dealing with issues with a family focus, including relationship issues, pre-marital and marital counseling, family counseling, parenting and problems related to child trauma, ADHD, foster care, adoption and divorce. We also see people individually dealing with a wide array of individual concerns.

We have a variety of psychological backgrounds, training and experience; but we have a common commitment to Christian values. We can help you find spiritual resources to meet life's demands.
We make our services available to all regardless of race, religion, or economic status. Our fees are competitive and many insurance policies cover our services. If you feel you cannot afford services we will work hard to make them affordable. A sliding scale is available for clients with limited resources. Because we believe that your trust is vital, we keep information about you strictly confidential.
