Albert W. Laser, MA, M.Div., Licensed  Clinical Professional Counselor
A graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary in Florida, Al has experience in private practice, delinquency diversion and three years as therapist with a residential program for adolescents. Besides working with our residential clients, Al enjoys working on men’s issues, substance abuse and depression and he has interests in spiritual direction, theology/psychology integration, bicycling, sea kayaking and hiking. Al plays guitar, mountain dulcimer and bowed psaltery. He is married and has a teenage son.

Lynwood Morriss, M.Div. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Lynwood has over 20 years experience as a family therapist and completed a 2-year certificate from the Family Institute. His interests include helping people utilize the resources of their faith in solving problems. He is experienced in working with African American and other minority families address problems such as marital issues, problems with children and teens, depression and anxiety, and grief/loss.

Susan Woolever, M.A. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Susan works with clients of a variety of concerns, including child, individual, couples and family counseling.  She also serves as our Intake Coordinator.

Allan T. Peterson, Psy.D., M.Div. Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Al provides individual, family, and marital counseling and is interested in helping people with depression, anxiety, parenting and a variety of other concerns. He sees clients of all ages and he has a keen interest in understanding human nature from a variety of perspectives.  Also a Pastor in the Evangelical Free Church of America, Al has military and ministry experience reaching over 25 years. He is director of the counseling center.

Travis Satterlee, MA, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Travis has a masters degree in counseling psychology from Trinity International University. Travis has worked with Lydia Urban Academy, Foster Care and as a case worker for Safe Families at Lydia Home Association since 2003. He has experience working with adolescents who are having difficulty in school, peer, family relationships and with foster care children. He is interested in conflict resolution, career counseling and relationship counseling.

Sandra Suzuki, M.A. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Sandra has the Masters in counseling psychology from Trinity International University. Sandra Enjoys working with adults, families, defiant children, and teenagers and she specializes in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and trauma therapy.

Pat Utigard, LCSW. Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Pat is a clinical supervisor and therapist at LYDIA in the residential treatment program and the counseling center. With 30 years clinical experience, including child welfare, EAP and hospital settings, Pat provides individual and marital counseling. She is also certified to provide premarital counseling using Prepare/Enrich materials.
