LYDIA's facility on Chicago's northside serves as the ministry's main office and houses programs that serve Chicago communities. These programs include:
- Residential Treatment (for children and adolescents with behavioral problems)
- Foster Care
- Safe Families
- Healthy Families (child abuse prevention)
- Counseling Services
- LYDIA Urban Academy (an alternative high school)
- Learn and Care Preschool
- And Abstinence Education
